• This scheme is Valid on Purchases made from 1st April’26 – 30th June’26, from Digisol Premium Partner (National Distributor or respective Regional Authorised T1/Distributor).

• Scheme is valid on submission of Digisol Premium Partner (T1/Disty) proof of sales (POS), effective from 1st April’26 – 30th June’26. Invoice submission is mandatory for availing the scheme as per POS report submitted by Digisol Premium Partner (T1/Disty) on or before 15th July 26.
• Partner, once Registered under Digisol connect partner (T2/Stockist) with Digisol cannot change into SI or T3 (Retailer) for the financial year and vice versa.
• No sales return would be Considered under this offer once the Disbursements are Finalized.
• A minimum of 40% of the sale should comprise of Passive Components and Active components. Value of all solid Copper & Fiber Cables would be considered up to a max of 60% of the total sale considered for the scheme. Additionally refer the annexure for the Active FTTH products excluded from this scheme.

• All payments to be made after deduction of applicable taxes.
• The decision of Digisol Management will be final regarding payout/discount.
• Digisol reserves the right to withdraw/amend the scheme at any time.
• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goa.
• This scheme cannot be clubbed with any other Digisol Scheme/ offer.
• All rewards would be gifted by Digisol once all payments are cleared by SI towards the distributor within the standard payment terms.
