- This scheme is Valid on Purchases made from 1st July’26 – 30th Sept.’26, from Digisol Premium Partner (National Distributor or respective Regional Authorised T1/Distributor).
- The scheme registration is mandatory to avail the benefits, and the registration linkwill be closed on 31st August 2026. Registration link: https://www.digisol.com/t2-q2-fy2627/.
- Scheme is valid on submission of Digisol Premium Partner (T1/Disty) proof of sales (POS),effective from 1st July’26 – 30th Sept.’26. Invoice submission is mandatory for availing the scheme as per POS report submitted by Digisol Premium Partner (T1/Disty) on or before15th October 2026.
- Partner, once Registered under Digisol connect partner (T2/Stockist) with Digisol cannotchange into SI or T3 (Retailer) for the financial year and vice versa.
- No sales return would be Considered under this offer once the Disbursements are Finalized
- A minimum of 40% of the sale should comprise of Passive Components and Active components. Value of all solid Copper & Fiber Cables would be considered up to a max of 60% of the total sale considered for the scheme. Additionally refer the annexure for the Active FTTH products excluded from this scheme.

- All payments to be made after deduction of applicable taxes.
- The decision of Digisol Management will be final regarding payout/discount.
- Digisol reserves the right to withdraw/amend the scheme at any time.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goa.
- This scheme cannot be clubbed with any other Digisol Scheme/ offer.
- All rewards would be gifted by Digisol once all payments are cleared by T2 towards distributorwithin the standard payment terms. NOC from distributor to be submitted with claims
