- Offer is valid for Digisol Connect Partner (T2/Stockist) Partners only.
- Partner, once Registered as Digisol Connect Partner (T2/Stockist), cannot qualify or participate in any further SI Scheme (if & ever Launched by Digisol H.O) for this period.
- Offer is valid for Digisol Premium Partner (T1/disty) proof of sales (POS) effective from 1st July 2025 to 30th Sept 2025. Invoices would be required to be Submitted, towards Calculations at the time of Disbursement.
- Invoice submission is mandatory for availing the above offer as per POS report submitted by Digisol Premium Partner (T1/Disty) on or before 15th Oct 2025.
- All Booking should be done from Digisol Premium Partner (National / Regional Distributor/T1) only.
- Decision of Digisol Management would be Final towards Payout/ Discount.
- Digisol holds the right to withdraw/amend the offer at any given point.
- No sales return would be Considered under this offer once the Disbursements are Finalized.
- Value of all Copper Solid Cables would be considered up to a max of 75% of the total claim considered for the scheme. A minimum of 25% of sale, should comprise of Passive Components and Active products.
- For the 4th and 5th slab, Single and Couple Domestic Trip for 2N/3D will to a destination like Goa/ Rajasthan/ Kerala/ Uttarakhand.
- The scheme payout in all forms is non-transferable and will be issued only to the qualifying Digisol Connect Partner (T2/Stockist).
- This scheme cannot be clubbed with any other Digisol Scheme/ offer.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goa.
