- This scheme is Valid on Purchases made from 1st Oct’25 – 31st Dec’25, from Digisol Premium Partner (National Distributor or respective Regional Authorised T1/Distributor).
- Similar Premier Leagues will be announced in JFM of FY25-26. Only Partners who register and qualify in any two of the three Premier Leagues FY 2025-2026 will be considered eligible for the League of Champions FY 2025-2026.
- SI Partners need to register for scheme on: https://www.digisol.com/si-premier-league-2-fy-2025-2026. Scheme registration link will be closed on 30th Nov 2025 for PL – 2.
- Partner, once Registered as SI with Digisol cannot change into SI for the financial year and vice versa.
- Billing considered under the Premier League 1/ 2 scheme cannot be combined with any other Premier League. For example, if an SI Partner achieves Rs. 5 lakh of business in Premier League 1 and Rs. 5 lakh in Premier League 2 (totaling Rs.10 lakh), they will not be eligible for benefits in either league.
- Scheme is valid on submission of Digisol Premium Partner (T1/Disty) proof of sales (POS),effective from 1st Oct’25 to 31st Dec’25.
- Invoice submission is mandatory to avail the above scheme, based on the POS report submitted by Digisol Premium Partner (T1/Disty) on or before 15th Jan 2026. POS can also be submitted as an when billing is generated for the scheme period in order to feature on the exciting Partner leader board on dapp.digisol.com where we showcase top performers.
- Value of all Copper Solid Cables would be considered upto a max of 60% of the total claim considered for the scheme. A minimum of 40% of sale, should comprise of Passive Components and Active products except products listed in Annexure as excluded from this scheme. i.e. for a 100L qualification slab, Cable sale to the extension of Rs.60 Lakh would be considered for the scheme.
- Kindly refer the Annexure 1 or the Active FTTH products excluded from this scheme.
- No sales returns will be considered under the scheme once the disbursements are finalized.
- For the 4th slab (Rs. 50 lakh to Rs. 99.99 lakh), Couple Domestic Trip will be to a destination like Goa/ Amritsar/ Nashik or similar. For the 5th slab (Rs. 100 lakh and above), the Couple Asia Trip will be to a destination such as Vietnam/ Cambodia or similar.
- In case of a Trip qualifying partner not wanting to avail the Trip due to unforeseen circumstances, DIGISOL could extend support by paying cash/ travel vouchers to the extent of 1.75% of scheme relevant purchases. We would like to clarify that this scheme was conceptualized as a group travel reward, so the cash incentive awarded in lieu of trip is our best effort to help accomodate the partner.
- Relatives of Digisol Systems Ltd Employees, and Relatives and Employees of Digisol Premium Partners (National Distributors or Regional Authorised T1/Distributors) and Digisol Connect Partners (T2/Stockists) are strictly prohibited from participating.
- All payments to be made after deduction of applicable taxes.
- The decision of Digisol Management will be final regarding payout/discount.
- Digisol reserves the right to withdraw/amend the scheme at any time.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goa.
- This scheme cannot be clubbed with any other Digisol Scheme/ offer.
- All rewards would be gifted by Digisol once all payments are cleared by Partner towards distributor within the standard payment terms.
