In case you are unable to go online through the adapter then try the step one by one and try connecting to the network
- Try to configure the device for 3G
- Go to network > Change Network Type (Auto, 2G, 3G)
- Go to registration mode and try
- Try inserting a different sim card
- Uninstall and reinstall the utility
- Try disabling the antivirus and firewall
- Try the same adapter on a different PC or at a different location
In case you are unable to go online through the adapter then try the step one by one and try connecting to the network
- Click on the Settings Tab on the utility
- Go to network > Change Network Type (Auto, 2G, 3G)
Configure for 3G
- Open the utility
- Go to Profile management
- Click on New > Enter a profile name
- Select APN as “Static” and enter the APN as per ISP
- Access number : *99#
- Click on Save
- Go to the main menu > Select the above profile > Connect
Kindly follow below steps
Open the Utility
- Click on setting > Text Message
- Select Local > Draft
Opened the utility
- Clicked on USSD >>> Clicked on Add
- Typed in any name (eg.ISP name:Vodafone)
- Entered the Code provided by the ISP for checking balance
- Clicked on Ok
- Clicked on Send
