In case you are unable to go online through the adapter then try the step one by one and try connecting to the network

  1. Try to configure the device for 3G
  2. Go to network > Change Network Type (Auto, 2G, 3G)
  3. Go to registration mode and try
  4. Try inserting a different sim card
  5. Uninstall and reinstall the utility
  6. Try disabling the antivirus and firewall
  7. Try the same adapter on a different PC or at a different location
In case you are unable to go online through the adapter then try the step one by one and try connecting to the network
  1. Click on the Settings Tab on the utility
  2. Go to network > Change Network Type (Auto, 2G, 3G)
Configure for 3G
  1. Open the utility
  2. Go to Profile management
  3. Click on New > Enter a profile name
  4. Select APN as “Static” and enter the APN as per ISP
  5. Access number : *99#
  6. Click on Save
  7. Go to the main menu > Select the above profile > Connect

Kindly follow below steps
Open the Utility

  1. Click on setting > Text Message
  2. Select Local > Draft
Opened the utility
  1. Clicked on USSD >>> Clicked on Add
  2. Typed in any name (eg.ISP name:Vodafone)
  3. Entered the Code provided by the ISP for checking balance
  4. Clicked on Ok
  5. Clicked on Send
